Did everything mentioned in the video. Turned it back on, after some time. Surprisingly my headphones remembered the devices that it was connected to, before resetting. Even though Bose app showed no headphones connected, it was still connected to my iPhone and Mac's bluetooth. You'll need to 'forget' your headphones from all device's bluetooth settings, you had it connected to. And then follow these steps.
