Absolutely spot on content for me as a newish runner, super useful.

Not too worried about fuelling as yet as only up to around 10-15km.

Will definitely pop in for some body glide though……do get a bit of chafing, I’ll be spinning tassels on them soon! 😳😂

Great to have such a knowledgeable and independent retailer nearby who are doing so much in the community as well.
