So true, I always thought I was the only one who ate the same food everyday and never found it to be strange, it has for many years been normal for me. Do you (or does anyone else reading this) also have trouble with organising themselves // being impatient when it comes to cooking, and avoid it altogether? That's something that happens to me

wow my bro has been trying to help me eat normally for years.... i am the most awful random eater..usually i can never eat before 11, so i have a big brunch....but then im too tired and hungry to make myself a healthy hi protein balanced dinner.... so i either starve or eat a bunch carbs and dairy in my fridge lol

The chewing I've had to be strict with myself on, every bite is even better and no more bloating!
Also the water is sooo true, I have 1.5L bottle beside me at work and it's always half full at the end of work...

I’ve been binging eating off and on my whole life and honestly that includes liquids. I’ll sometimes drink one or two bottles of water all at once. Usually stay hydrated because I’m trying to avoid eating food all the time, but it’s hard not to. I got diagnosed a few weeks ago so I’ve been getting better at recognizing that my hunger is actually a need to feel good or stimulate myself with substances, including food. Tough road ahead with late stage diagnosis. Hard not to obsess on the past.

Male late aware adhd autistic. I started using MCT oil powder coffee creamer 9/2021 per rrlecovery from adrenal fatigue. Not a keto diet yet low carbs more proteins. one effect of mct is it helps release two hormones that create satiated, full feeling. Boy did it. I could grab my fav. Pizza on way to work. Eat 3 slices, couple more at work then rest at home. With mct i could only handle one slice, maybe slice at work then eat rest over few days. Unbelievable but true. Not to say if were donuts (i rarely eat) i might eat three ..lol..overall it absolutely inhibots my appetite. Issue some times with my adhd i forget to eat and drink water. Also only for males mct Targets abdominal fat.., it is thermogenic: burns fat, super fat for body and brain and i need to feed fats to my brain for amino acids to work creating my best friend dopamine. If you starve your liver for three days of carbs sugars and drink the mct it can. (did) create Suoer energy boost like amphetamine feeling and actual body hot flash. Mct has myriad proven benefits..check it out. My nephew his wife always ask me about how i maintain my weight but never try it ?? Gave up sharing. Never dieted in my life, just not me, too much for my adhd brain. 25 to 30 lb bag amazon i use micronutrients brand. Bidies are complex, guessing iur deficit if creating dopamine creates cravings ti boost thst. I also use l-tyeisine 750mg si dont have lack if dopamine. Adhd is not mental and so much Not Hardwured..feed ur brain properly to create dopamine and alot if issues and memory improve or just flipbto normal.

i keep gaining weight.... im 180, but honestly I look more like 140.... ive tried every diet every workout etc...and i just keep gaining slowly but surely ...didnt know obesity was a hi risk for us... now i see i need to treat my adhd and then i can manage my weight better
