Android phone is notorious with this kinda thing. I use xiaomi twice and they put adds in my file manager so i turn off all internet permission on those apps. Because those adds get renew, and my phone performace getting slower when i update the os. Its make me think maybe the reason they update the os is just so they can update those adds.
