I made a huge mistake trusting Microsoft and upgraded to Windows 11.
My 1500$ (Windows 10) laptop just became a 300$ (Windows 11) laptop. Can't even play a 4k video on Chrome without lagging!

Great tutorial . Thanks! De-selecting the 3rd item down in Privacy & Security / General section ("Let windows improve start and search results ....") will disable your most used programs from populating in the start menu. I use StartAllBack Windows 7 start menu style and I left this setting enabled.
