Is Your Life feeling Out of Control and You want to Regain Control on your Life ? Been having similar feelings lately and I decided to Take Control of my Life and Change things. This is Called the PROJECT50 Challenge. PROJECT50 is about living your ideal life for 50 days in a row. For Those 50 days, I will also have to post a reel of that day to Instagram. With Sankho and Akash bahiya I am also taking project 50 .And my goals are:
1.Everyday working out
2.Studying for 11 hours every single day
3. Having water 3 ltr
4.doing meditation 🧘‍♀️ for 30 minutes before sleep.
5.Reading book for 15 mins

• Self studying min 6 hrs
• Working out alternate days
• Minimize use of social media
• Meditate for 10 min atleast
• Sleep before 12

Those who are getting hyped up from this video, make sure you all are determined enough, motivation alone isnt gonna take you far, just coz someone on a yt video said all this and you feel like changing your life up, but determination is gonna take you a long away, always remember, Determination>>Motivation.

My goals:~
1. >6 hours of daily study
2. Daily exercise
3. Drinking 3 litres of water
4. No mindless scrolling on yt
5. Following my skin care routine ✨️
Will update here daily!😇

Day 1: 3/4 done✅️

Day 3: again 1/2✅️

My project 50 goals are:-
•working out alternate days
•meditate atleast 15 mins
•complete all my basic lectures and notes of 2 backs
•complete syllabus for my backlog
•prep for new semester

Project 50 goals! Just finished my 75 hard a month ago, but lets do this

Study for 4-6 hours daily, and take a day off for errands and stuff.
Workout 6x a week- Push, Pull, Legs(workout split)
Reading self improvement books- 15 pages a day.
Meditating- trying too focus on breathing control for martial arts so around 15-20 mins a day.
Drink 3L of water everyday(its okay if I dont for a day, I'll still get back on track the next day.)

I am also taking this challenge for the next 50 days 1. Attend all my lectures { no backlogs } 2. finish all my HW. 3. Sleep at 11 to 12 b/w and comment everynight on video that i finished or not 💕

2) Meditation everyday atlist 3 min.
3) Eat healthy.
4) Sleep before 12am.
5) No coffee after 2pm.
6) Book reading everyday.
7) Wake-up early.

You know what Sankho, off topic but am gonna share this...knowing about you and your introvertism gave me a perspective that there are so many people in this world who are creative, intelligent and caring but can be really really shy and scared to talk to someone new when needed(like you were earlier...)but if they try to bring themselves out and believe in themselves, they can achieve so much more than they have ever thought of✨✨
