For everybody wantning to quit their addiction here is a tip.
1. Get a journal and write down your emotional purpose on why you want to change. Whenever you start getting temptations open up your journal and read your emotional purpose then journal about your day/ any thoughts you have/any of the lies you tell yourself on why you should fall to your temptations and after that write why it would be a bad idea to fall for your temptaions.
