For those who asked, here is my monk mode protocol. You should do monk mode on a minimum of 21 days including the no negotiables. So guys, if you do this I guarantee you will have success in any area you are looking for.

Iman monk mode is freaken dope man, it really calms you down and get you focused which allows you to smash your goal like never before. I think it's one of the biggest secrets to being elite. If you reading this comment I highly recommend you get started.

I’m 19 year old, tired of excusing myself and being unproductive. In the first year of university, plenty of spare time to work on my goals, but failing to do so. It’s Sunday 6th of November, my Monk Mode period will go on until the 12th of December.

My variables are:
• No alcohol/vices
• 10 minutes of meditation a day
• A calorie deficit + water > sugar heavy drinks
• 20 minute industry research session a day to find my niche
• 20 minutes non-fiction reading

6 months monk mode, 3 months party, 3 months recharge - this is balance Iman. Imbalance would be only working and not having other aspects of your life at all. Having periods of focus on one thing doesn't mean you are out of balance at all.
It's semantics, but all life strives towards balance and harmony.

I'm 15 years old, tired of my self destructive behaviour and nonexistent social skills. I'm a highschooler and have plenty of time to chase my goals but seem to keep wasting it on unimportant things. My monk mode starts today, 4th of December 2022, and will last till 3rd of January 2023. My variables are:


Absolutely no masturbation/porn/sexual stimulation

10 minutes of meditation every day

1 hour of exercise every day

Absolutely no sleeping in, waking up at 4:00 am every day

No distractions when I'm working, stop my temptations

Immersion is the perfect word. It applies especially to languages but I didn’t even realize how I had previously been applying it to my business success until I watched this video.

Having your entire YouTube feed filled with whatever the topic of your business is, filling your Twitter with it and staying as up to date as possible, etc…

“Monk Mode” builds a high level of discipline more than anything. Which at the end of the day is why success is simple if you are able to control yourself and stay focused using discipline.

Simple doesn’t mean easy, as otherwise everyone would be doing it.

But yeah, had no idea I was already pretty much doing monk mode in the past but instead of meditation (which I wasn’t aware of at the time) I would read self improvement books for 20 minutes a day.

The meditation is awesome. I never knew that I would need this until watching your video and I knew I had to try it. My whole entire body felt like it was vibrating 100% a non-negotiable.

I just found your channel from Hamza, and I just realised that there are alot of times where I have unintentionally gone into "monk mode". I would guess this is mostly because I am religious (Islam) and alot of your frameworks are highly encouraged / banned in my faith (exercise, no alcohol, no porn, meditation, prayer etc). Especially during the period Ramadhan where we have to fast from food and drink and other pleasurable things (having sex with our spouses, refraining from video games, music, social media etc and using the time to put it towards your faith etc) from sunrise to sunset. Its honestly the time of year i look forward to the most because I feel the most focused mentally and spiritually and I can get ALOT done from that period. Anywho, you earned a subscriber! Looking forward to more content from you

20 days into monk mode. Focus is starting to sharpen! Three non negotiable and no mindless scrolling and finally only healthy food. Thanks for the inspiration.
