Oh my! The general manager at a Hooters location is a creep? Who on earth could have predicted that one??

That hotel, the employee was right to tell customers not to waste money on that place. The CEO saw the issues first hand. If I were the CEO, I would thank that employee for being honest and then putting my money where my mouth is and start empowering the employees to WANT to maintain high standards and reward those who excel in that regard.

I did customer service work for a while during covid. Being trapped behind a computer screen having people curse and yell at you day after day changes you over time. I understand Danielle’s vibe all too well. She needs to look for something that makes her happy, not hate her work.

Lol, that gym employee calling the ceo 'condescending' was richer than a pitcher of marmite.

My dad owns a pub and he will do a shift in every department once a month. E.G he will be a glass washer one day, a bartender another and even do an early morning deep clean. That way he knows how things are meant to be done and can sort out any problems before they get too big.

These BOSSES need to realize that 10 minutes in customer service does not compare to years and years of custmer service

The CEO’s expecting the employees to say “I love my shitty customer service job with its crappy pay and daily abuse from customers”.

Ok, some of these people are awful (mango lady, Hooters dude, etc.) but a few of these (like the hotel) just seem like ways for CEOs to blame lower level employees for company problems that they haven't properly dealt with.

What is that one front desk custodian supposed to do about your sh*tty workflow pipeline, dude? Maybe don't buy up a bunch of failing properties and put the bare minimum into maintaining them if you want people to think that they're, y'know... good.

You got the last employee wrong, he DID have passion for the job to the point the owner payed for his college tuition and set him up. I think he got promoted to so the fact you said he should be sacked just goes to show either you didnt do the research properly or you would happily slander hard working people just to stretch a video out.

CEO Stephen Cloobeck of Diamond Resorts actually rewarded employee RK for pointing out certain problems within that resort. So RK should have not been on the list.

Im sorry but that last comment about "passion for your job" maybe don't expect your minimum wage struggling staff to be super passionate about their menial low paying jobs? OR crazy thought here, GIVE THEM A REASON TO BE PASSIONATE. If your team isn't doing hot as a whole look to your leadership, if leadership is doing what it can within it's means look to district, so on and so forth, a failing business is almost always the fault of the captain, and a succeeding one is due to the employees.

I work for checkers for four years. I’m happy to say I quit. I have a new job and I’m happier. I swear if I were to have stayed one more year with checkers, I think I would’ve been put an early grave. That place was miserable and I left every night crying almost

I worked in a call center tech support position for years and lemme tell you, it can be tough to even maintain THAT level of professionalism and composure that Danielle had. The level of verbal abuse you're expected to endure is shocking and the policy I had to abide by was written by people who've never worked a day in customer service. It felt like the company was tying my hands behind my back and expected me to swim, then say it's my fault for drowning. It had it's good moments but they did NOT outweigh the bad, leaving that job was one of the best things that happened to me.

I love how the menchie's guy gets offended when she said that working their sucks 😂😂😂 She's making minimum wage at a dead end job. What do you expect?

Guy at the end “I’ve asked my supervisor for help and more stock and they don’t listen”

CEO “you need to be fired then”

At the very end of that video I completely disagree. As a consumer, if we are being ripped off I would appreciate a employee being honest. That honor needs to make a note of all the problems he found and all the problems with the employee. Then sit down and have a frank conversation with the employee and figure out how he failed them. Then confront all the serious issues he has with them. If you always assume your right, finding out you were wrong always comes too late to fix it.

Man, it would be really great if you focused more on showing us the scenes rather than talking over everything .... instead of narrating what they say like "John says he is sick of it here" .... just show us the scene where he he says it ... all that talking takes away from what we are watching .

Would've definitely liked to see the face of the girl at the gym when she found out he was actually the BOSS BOSS

Has Menchie's never heard of a mango slicer? I have a feeling Jimbo treats the Hooter's girls with disrespect because he could NEVER get a woman like that and he knows it!
