Armando is hilarious because he is the guy that nickelled and dined every subcontractor and forced them to take shortcuts and do shoddy work, now he is upset that stuff doesn’t work.

Okay, 3 stories in and not one of these problems was the employees fault. The bosses aren't providing security, aren't training their employees, aren't providing software that works, aren't even aware of how their stores are run. This is their own bad management, not bad employees.
