Freezer meal series! Hi, Sara Lynn. I don’t remember one, but I was wondering if you would consider creating a freezer meal series - meals that you can fully make/cook or only require one additional step (I.e. baking) and that freeze well. With everything currently happening in the world, it would be extremely helpful to have food saved in the freezer in case there are issues finding fresh and non-perishable foods in the stores. However, this would be a nice-to-have even when the world returns to normal ☺️

Sara Lynn, it's been a few months, so I hope you see this. When I made the Asian meatballs, my adult daughter went crazy for them, so I make them all the time. Kristina C mentioned freezer meals and this can be adapted. My daughter likes beef, so I buy frozen beef meatballs to keep in the freezer. That way, I can make them up in no time when she's here. I cook them in the oven instead of the microwave because they seem to come out tougher in the microwave. They come out of the oven sizzling and transfer them into the skillet, where I've been cooking the sauce. I also cook up huge pots of rice and keep premeasured bags in the freezer, as well. It makes for a quick dinner, which turns out marvelous every time! Thank you SO much for this recipe.
