4 lbs ground beef @butcher_box
2 lbs ground Italian pork sausage @butcher box
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
2 small red onions, finely chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced, grated, or pressed
1 cup freshly grated parmesan
5 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup panko bread crumbs
2 tbsp dried basil
2 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried thyme
2 tbsp salt
Freshly cracked black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil

1. Combine everything in a VERY large bowl.
2. Scoop out into meatball sized portions - about 2 tbsp
3. Place on baking sheets (it took me 1 large and 2 small baking sheets)
4. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes - until the tops are browned and crispy
5. The underside will likely be a little soft after baking, so you can flip and broil until that side is browned as well
6. Let cool on a wire rack before transferring to freezer bags
7. Eat within 2-3 months

Oh I love meatballs. I personally fry the onions before adding them to the meat, so I don't end up with raw onion pieces when eating them 😊

My grandpa made the best meatballs!!! I remember every year for my bday when I was asked what I wanted to eat it was always “spaghetti and meatballs!” But specifically the spaghetti and meatballs my grandpa made. He passed about 6 years ago now and I miss him everyday still he was the closest person I ever had to a father figure

Super smart didn't think to prep meals before giving birth. I'll be doing this. Hope everyone has a healthy birth ♥️♥️♥️

if you blend your onions, it would more soften up your meatballs

Is there a benefit of cooking them before freezing, except saving time when you do make the meal?

The postpartum care and cooking should be done by the father not you heavily pregnant preparing like an apocalypse is comming.

Science ahows that women who get postpartum after their baby is born are more likely to not bound with the child...

Postpartum isn't something women especially after giving birth should be excited about..

Postpartum also has a chance of the mother regretting pregnancy, it has a increased chance of depression if not treated well
