I just completed making 280 of these meatballs. I encourage everyone to use fresh parsley and basil as Nicole. I also added a little over 1/2 cup finely chopped green peppers. These are soooo good!!

I made these awhile back and they are really good. I fried up about 1/2 pound a loose burger and added it to the sauce. Meat in the sauce and meatballs too. you can't go wrong there.

I made these on the pellet grill at 350° for about 30 minutes. I tried turning them halfway and almost had a disaster of them falling apart. They needed more time to set up. On a pan would be better next time. ‘Great recipe! Thank You!

You should add some FENNEL . Also adding water to the meat ball mixture keeps the meatballs moist

I really like your videos and recipies. Most of the time you give the measurements and instructions. This video was lacking much of that.but i just eyeballed the ingredients and I'm sure it will be fine because meatballs are not rocket science. Thanks for a great recipie!
