In this episode of the Diet Doctor Podcast, I dive into the often confusing world of supplements and share practical advice on how to navigate it effectively. We explore the real purpose of supplements, how they should complement your diet rather than replace food, and why being cautious about what you consume is key.

I bust a few myths, such as the idea that protein powder or creatine alone can work wonders, and explain how understanding the basics of key supplements like glutamine, creatine monohydrate, and BCAAs can help you get the most out of your training and recovery.

We also touch on the importance of gut health, hydration, and proper supplementation for overall wellness, debunking the fitness industry's often superficial approach. Plus, I share insights on multivitamins, omega-3s, and how to properly support your immune system without falling into the trap of "boosting" it.

If you're keen on understanding how to enhance your fitness journey while staying healthy and informed, this episode is packed with tips and expert advice to help you make smarter decisions about supplements.
