At this point, I'm just done with SONY's nonsense. They dont trust Xbox or Microsoft but they want to use Azure servers...better hope it doesn't get throttled!!! One rule for them and another rule for Xbox.

The two complaints against Microsoft were from over a decade ago. The ones who headed up Microsoft (which had both complaints) and Xbox (which have yet to receive any complaints) are no longer involved with either company, which makes these just more laughable and hypocritical complaints to come from Sony.

This is why I don't get the defense force for Sony. One look into their past history and you'll see vast anti-consumer practices, yet people still think Sony are in it for "the love of gaming"...
Don't get me wrong, I know Microsoft isn't in it for gaming either. It's just funny to see people actually believe Sony's a good guy.

I think they are holding back series x stock for starfields launch. When that game launches they will flood consoles out.

Sony going back to Pre-2013 Microsoft but won't let MS go back before 2019 because in their words, it was a very different Management team making deals etc.

MS was 'all about TV, TV, TV and a all-in-one Media Box - hence Xbox One. Weren't releasing games on to PC day and date, nor offering Games in a Sub Service. Xbox was a 'separate' part of MS. in about 2016, everything changed as MS adopted a 'Different' strategy, pulling Xbox into Microsoft as their Gaming brand and releasing games Day & Date on PC and then Game Pass. They expanded their Studios in 2018 and have continued investing in their Portfolio to Compete with Sony's Dominance whereas Sony continue to Spend their money on 3rd Party Multi-platform games - paying to KEEP them (or at least some content/perks/bonuses) away from other gamers on other Platforms instead of investing in their OWN portfolio...

I don't see how the will be a PS5 pro because if you've got the PS5 slim coming out next year and they reckon that the PlayStation 6 will be launched in 2027 to 2028 there will be no point having a PS5 Pro you might as well wait for the PlayStation 6 and as for the Xbox series x they haven't really neutralised it's full potential of it's features anyway

I understand Sony want everyone to go digital but the issue is Sony's customer service is terrible.

Sony (the receipts are in), have been paying developers to forego the XBox cutting edge features.
This is why Paranoid Sony are concerned Microsoft would add lower end capabilities to CoD on Playstation, because they know they've done this already and why this type of dirty antics came to mind because Sony is guilty of that themselves.

Those old antitrust things are done. Microsoft have much better work practices in place today to protect them from doing this again.

Plume don't fall for the okie done. Saying you can't trust anybody is what Sony wants everyone to believe.

What is different here is Msft has entered into long term binding agreements eith major rivals to provide games with parity. They have also offered this to Sony.

If the agreement is breached msft opens itself up to massive lawsuit by a Nintendo, Nvidia, etc where damages determined by a judge or jury could be billions msft has to pay.

On top of that msft could face anti-trust penalties which if severe could affect msft current and future operations and/or new ventures in each respective region.

So no its not true you can't trust anyone when there is enough potential harm to intentional violating any agreement. And intentional is key word, because companies have been fined for going afoul that were not intentional but went outside of lanes and penalties levied.

Sony is arguing intentional sabotage. And the question is why does vast majority of industry NOT oppose this deal. Why are 10yr deals good enough for Nvidia, Nintendo, etc But not good enough for Sony or regulators
