Cryptid Spotlight Giants

Today we are seeing the return of the Cryptid Spotlight series where we are finally taking a look at the long-awaited Giants. I have been compiling information about these beings for weeks now and I am ready to present you with all the information I have. Are these beings simply found in legends and myths or is there actual evidence to them being real? Just so it is said...you won't find the hoax Cardiff Giants here.

When I heard a newspaper report that a twelve foot tall skeleton was dug up, with teeth bigger than a horse's and red hair attached ... first thing I think is Mammoth.

Ayyyy an opportunity to be first and can I say I'm VERY happy to see a return to the cryptid spotlight series. Just to remind, the Jotünn of Norse mythology and religion don't always take the form of a giant humanoid as fenrir/fenris is considered to be of Jotünn descent. Its more comparable to a clan of primordial gods that can shape shift much akin to the aesir and vanir that would come after.

There were Giants in those days..and also after 😏

I live in West Virginia, and this entire Ohio Valley is covered in burial mounds. Many years ago, excavating one of these mounds, they uncovered TWO giants 😀 howev, the Smithsonian popped up..saying we wanna take them "for further study" 🙄


And they were never heard of again!!

RE: four toes

Consider the foot of a hippo or elephant. The toes are severely reduced. Assuming that these giants are made of earthly flesh and bone, at that size, I'd think long feet and long toes would be a liability, not an advantage, unless you're a runner like a T Rex.

Perhaps the fifth toe is so reduced to be indistinguishable in footprints. I'm also reminded that Momo and/or the Fauke Monster also left three or four toed footprints (however, since those are individual specimens, perhaps that is sign of injured feet).

Wish I had more info on the 'giant ' I came across in the 70's in Michigan, .. that I informed you about... the 'real giant' catagory seems to fit the bill, not there was no smell, and darkness of night kept me and my friends from making an i.d. ... --- Very well done ! So excited to watch this as I've often compared the Passamaquoddy nations giant stories with other cultures and can draw many close comparisons (and as a member of the penonscot nation I delighted in the stories of giants living in our climate vrs those from away and aptly listened and compared stories from around the world)

Ehh..yea, I got side tracked and didn't finish this video till hours later(kids..need I say more Lol) but I commented about the Giants uncovered in the Ohio Valley 😀 these two must have been leaders or royalty or very important among their people! They were adorned in gold and jewels, and the male had lots of weapons buried with him. If you read my previous comment(and even if you did not)I'm certain you can guess what happened, once the Smithsonian showed up 🤨

Hi Ben. I have watched this video several times and it is an excellent, well put together piece. For me it raises some questions. Giant remains have been found and documented but you never see them displayed. What are the academics worried about? Another question is Bigfoot. They are obviously intelligent and seem to live in family groups. You would think they would care for their dead; still I haven’t heard of any remains being found. Am I just projecting our beliefs on them? You have started me on a journey to satisfy my curiosity that could take years! Well done Sir! I hope I’m not the only one you have inspired. Ben... your good friend Rob Rabjohn here... I recommend you visit a YouTube channel called Mud Fossil University. Roger will blow your mind with his theories about gigantic beings. (Take, with a grain of salt)

When I first heard about the Kandahar Giant, I was in Afghanistan and it was years before LA Marzuli reported on it. Knowing what I learned and who I got it from... I'm a believer.

There is a lot of stuff on giants. Also... Giants are not human. They are far from it.
