Dual SIM Phones - How To Manage SIM Cards

Learn how to manage the SIM cards inside a dual SIM phone. Every phone has it's own SIM card manager.

Dual SIM meaning: This is a phone that has two different SIM cards of either the same or different carrier. Both lines are on at the same time!

What dial SIM settings can do!

Turn off SIM Cards
Select Default SIM cards for Messages and mobile data.

That's shown the process.

However, I'd want both SIM cards on, so I can receive SMS messages on both but I would want one of them to NEVER be used for data.

I see the menu allows users to choose "preferred" SIM for calls, SMS & data. Preferred seems a bit weak to me, as I'd want a setting that NEVER uses data on one of the SIMs. So if it cannot get data on the main SIM, is it going to use data on the second one ?

Can u automatically switch between SIM cards based on time/agenda. For example simcard 1 only active on workdays from 7:00 to 18:00 ?
