So many questions...
1) Does is tell you which line the incoming call is coming from? If it's on silent I won't hear the different ringtones
2) Like someone else asked, how do you differentiate between say business & personal line incoming texts
3) I see that you can set the default calls from a SIM card. What if I use both lines frequently? Is there an option while dialing to always switch like in text?

There are more differences. While most dual-SIM phones probably only have data on one SIM at a time, a Note 8 from Thailand had 2g/3g/4g on the data active SIM, but 2g/3g on the other SIM. All other dual-SIM phones I’ve seen only have 2g on the other SIM.

I use an app called SIDELINE on my iphone. Creates a fully functional call/text/sms second line using my current carrier, ATT. Unlike Google Voice, or other third party second line apps, this one acts just like the native phone app. The phone "rings" and you answer as you normally would (I suggest set it up that you press 1 to take the call) and you know when it's a Sideline call coming in.
