Was wondering if Ric style opn s1 hearing aids can have custom earmolds? I mainly see bte with earmolds.

Good explanation of the concept of domes but, no answers as to what a user needs to know what’s good. My aids are constantly falling out and I’m so frustrated. Is it my ear canal or what?

hello, Dr. Cliff. just saw a lengthy video about tinnitus, a new pill has come out called Sonavel. i dont suppose you have heard anything about them yet? they seem to be new. ive heard you say in your videos theres no cure for tinnitus. but this loud buzzing makes it hard to get to sleep and harder to stay asleep for long, so im fairly desperate. i got good resound hearing aids at costco, and get headaches on a regular basis, for no apparent reason. im 65now, and have had tinnitus for decades now. so some of the symptoms noted in the video do apply to me. thanks, jim

Is is possible and does it make sense get an open dome in one ear and a closed dome in the other? I have Menieres in my right ear with mild/moderate upper frequency loss and moderate/severe low frequency loss. I have mild/moderate upper frequency loss in left ear. Thanks for any insight you can provide.

Thanks for the video -- BUT something is driving me crazy, and maybe you can help (it should be extremely simple). WHERE IS DOME SIZE MEASURED???
I'm sure that sounds funny and obvious to many, but even though many online vendors offer replacement domes ranging from 6mm to 12mm or more, WHAT are they refering to???
My domes have two distinct dome elements (a power dome with one above another in two diferent diameters). Is it the diameter of the larger outermost dome element, or the smaller innermost one, or the height, or....? It is odd that evryone offers a size (including the audiologists) but says zero about what is being measured. GUESSING it refers to the largest diameter of the dome you are replacing. There is nothiing (that I can find) online ANYWHERE that states exactly what is being measured. Oh, and small, medium, and large are even more useless terms. Thanks!
