Dude, your dedication and passion for learning and sharing what you've learned is a model for success that everyone should take notes on. God bless you my man, currently learning Spanish as a way to bridge the gap between some of our communities here in Texas. The better we understand each other, the less we can hate

I’m 16 and recently got into Spanish. Really loving it so far. One of my dreams is to become a polyglot

Thank you! I am in college learning spanish as a minor but my biggest struggle is understanding native speakers! Music and tv helps me :-)

Good video with some good tips. I am a 20-year Spanish student and continue to learn on a daily basis. A good foundation is the key because you don't start building a house from the roof. Ricky is right! Don't be afraid to speak to native speakers because the more you do the more confidence you will get. I went down that road in the beginning and you are only missing opportunities. There is no substitute for speaking. Developing an accent from a specific region is a personal preference. Find one you like and imitate it. I went from a Cuban accent to more of an Argentine one from Buenos Aires. Still don't think I've lost the Cuban one all together lol. I had the opportunity to go to Buenos Aires 3 months ago and I loved it. Learning multiple languages only opens more doors and you really enjoy visiting these countries more when you can speak the language.

Learned so much from the video! I've been "acquiring" forever and have been avoiding buckling down on grammar. Definitely checking out your grammar book recommendations! Gracias~

Que lo que ! Que bola ! Dime lo que hay asere ! Great content and great accent you developed. I’m a native Spanish speaker and aspiring Arabic language student from Cali. Your studying methods has given me insight on how to approach my note taking and grammar for Spanish and Arabic. Let me me know if you’d like to practice Spanish conversations. I’m a fan of developing as many accents as well.

I talk daily on Hello Talk. There’s even a 30 day challenge where it gives you a topic to talk about in Spanish everyday.

Profe, you know these kids can't read script anymore. Haha! But seriously, you always give me life changing tips. I had never heard of Quizlet, great tool. Also, I need to thank you for talking about Tandem in your previous video. I've met so many nice people who tienen ganas de practicar conmigo. Yes!! I'm getting a little better at this stuff, profe. Muchas gracias. I'm setting my notebook up like you're say this week to give that a try too.

What helps also is making your tables based on singular and plural. Obviously Yo, tu, usted, el, ella.... all reference a single noun. But nosotros (you and others) and ellos, ellas, ustedes (they, yall) all reference more than one noun. Correct me if I’m wrong Ricky.
