I started running 5km for 6 time a week and my riding speed on dirt sky rocketed it is truly a miracle lol

It's all about balance! Never easy but you feel so much better afterwards. Gaming can be very addictive lol we know from experience. Good to see you healthy both mentally and physically. *T4S* 😀👍

I backed off of gaming 2 years ago to train for an ultramarathon. Typically before that I would game in cycles with the seasons to maintain balance with it. Picked up a 790r last year. PlayStation is coved in dust now. Don’t feel bad about it.
