I am in my sixties and was afraid of diabetes. In my nutrition, I have cut sugar. Everything with lot sugars (desert, juices, etc). I just kept natural sugar from fruits for example. Definitely would like the quick anti-aging tips with make up video! Also, Gabi, I'm sure you've heard this already, but just in case, I use the color science product back in the day and one that I actually like even better is the one by DRMTLGY and it's called luminous eye corrector. It has SPF 41 and I think there are three shades. It's been my favorite product of 2024 so far!

Also, I know the Currentbody mask is expensive, but I got one as a gift and I can honestly say that it is hands-down the best LED mask I've tried. I couldn't use a lot of them, I'm not sure why but I would get hives from all the other masks I tried (I'm looking at you, Higher Dose). This is the only one I've been able to use and it's so comfortable with the new contour. I would wait for sales especially if you can bundle it with Gabi's discount. I've heard the Maysama mask is really good as well, and I have one of the MITO pro panels and I love that as well. There are lots of ways to try LED before investing in a big unit or mask. I recommend any of Penn Smith's videos on the topic.

As someone who has lupus, I have learned to always have on sunscreen. The one thing that I will say about under eye cream, is it is a hoax. I'm sorry I'm not going to use it. My moisturizer is all I need. I tell you why because I used to do this and it caused me to have a bunch of milia. They're hard to get rid of.

Great tips! I use QURE LED mask. I’m just seeing the improvements after 6 weeks of consistent use…the key is consistency!
I have the Color Science eye concealer and the DRMTLGY eye corrector. I prefer DRMTLGY by far!
