I believe fasting, eating organ meat, low carb, no sugar, sleeping on back, and of course good skincare routine & sunscreen. Low stress. Nutrients. Sleep. This is what I’ve noticed works for me, my skin is like glass because of this. No texture. If I eat sugar & grains, I immediately notice texture. I agree with your message. Great information.

i always notice that as soon as people hit 30 they start panicking. to relieve & ease their panic they start touting how 'old' people in their 40s and 50s are. they're desperately trying to hold onto any youth they feel is slipping away. reality hits us all sooner or later. the goal is not to look 25 all our to look healthy, beautiful and youthful at any age.

I am a proud 65. Picture is from Tuesday last week after haircut (color is natural. Grays finally coming in more noticeably and I like it! No Botox, fillers, or professional treatments but I do enjoy your channel! Had acne as a teen and became highly aware of skin care early. I gently manually exfoliated my skin almost every day for decades and largely attribute the condition of my skin to that habit and consistent use of skin care. Now exfoliate twice a week. I cycle a variety of serums, peptides, Retinaldehyde, moisturizers, etc because I am curious about different ingredients. Take supplements (high doses of D3/K2, B12, Krill Oil, C with Zinc, Probiotics, and Turmeric. No collagen). Stress management is so true. I have an 80%+ positive attitude (not perfect and don’t expect perfection. Motto: be a problem solver not a victim). I have an 80% healthy diet. I don’t exercise enough, but I stretch and walk daily, lift small weights or do resistance moves 3 days a week. You will kick me for this, but I do not wear sunscreen much and never inside. Only apply if I will be in the direct sun for more than 30 minutes, and I do enjoy outdoor activities daily but I do not languish in the sun. I wear makeup 2 to 3 days maximum a week. I am comfortable in my skin and often only wear some color on my lips. A good friend just passed at age 74. Everyone, please stop fearing aging. Laugh, smile, bring joy to others. You will be rewarded. Enjoy life! It’s a privilege to age.

Avoiding and reducing stress/anxiety should definitely be mentioned since Chronic stress contributes to premature aging. 3yrs ago, I developed major anxiety and I have been constantly stressed and it has taken a HUGE toll on my appearance. I don't even recognize myself anymore..

I looked pretty young at 40. Now I'm 46 and look younger than some others my age. But have definitely aged a bit over 5 years.. I guess 40 to 45 is where you start seeing signs of skin sag or bone loss around chin/jaw.

You need to talk more about what alcohol does to your skin. My late husband noted that if I drank a glass of wine, I would get bags under my eyes. That was all it took to convince me not to drink very often.

I am a long term user of sunscreen over 30 years . I started doing so when I developed photosenstive urticare and my doctor shrugged his shoulders and asked me what I wanted him to do about it, If I knew I have an issue with the sun - I should just stay out of it. I did my research and started using sunscreen as i had studied a dermatology module at college, People thought it was hysterical as I was black. But it worked- I also minimised sun exposure which was easy in the UK . But even on sunny days when everyone was outside sunbathing I was indoors, covered up or in the shade. Most people thought it was hysterical and I was wearing sun screen and avoiding the sun because I didnt want to get dark and I was alreaady dark. I started wearing Korean skin products in 2012 because I was a KPOP fan and again people thought I was a lunatic as skin products are all scams. However they were cheap and did me no harm . I am happy with all my choices. I have never been rich so I had to be smart - as I know prevention is better than cure,

I can't believe I've FINALLY watched one of your vids after voting in all your polls. Amazing!!

As a mid-30s woman who has only really gotten most of this system down in the past year or 2. I can't emphasize enough the importance of stress management and exercise. It's my final frontier, and I have (likely from genetics) a very youthful face, but my body feels stiff and frail like an elderly lady.

If your 30 and under reading this, please, please, please, I know it hurts if trauma is the reason you don't de stress and workout, but try it. And if you "fail" try again, and again, and again, until it sticks.

My body is slowly recovering, and perhaps I'll gain a lot of lost mobility and strength. But that try over and over again, it's how I quit smoking this past year. And the biggest lesson I've learned is that crying is 100% acceptable, even if it has embarrassing timing occasionally. Very calm after a good cry.

Great video. Age is just a number if you look after yourself and your skin, you can stay looking young right through middle age. Genetics are also important, all of my family look younger than our ages. I'm 38 but people think I'm 25.

I know a lot of people hate sardines, but if you can stand them they’re great for the skin & overall health! I eat about four cans of wild sardines per week, and it’s a really great way to get a lot of vitamins and more than enough omega-3s if you don’t want to solely rely on supplements (which I also take generally)

Turning 30 this month! You’ve helped me a lot on my skincare journey. staying consistent can be hard but have a good skincare routine is so vital. just got my 1st chemical peel (Zo 3 step) and I’m gonna start using the supplements you mentions. Thankfully I’ve been on top of what I eat and my exercise routine Thanks you for being so informative🫶🏽

I think a glass of fresh squeezed carrot juice daily is one of the best sunscreens.

I lived in Florida in my 20s and never used sunscreen topically. I drank copious amounts of carrot juice at least a glass a day. I’m 45 and I think I look pretty good.
