That’s impressive actually that she is managing to do all that by herself

Is it even ethical for a recruiter to see a 5 year old and think "yea that's an attractive child, I'll hire her to be a model" or is that creepy

friendly reminder that feeling knocked down by nasty comments that attack your persona that you’ve worked all your life to build and/or your body which is nothing less than the housing of your soul - does NOT mean you have a “weak personality”

I almost became a child model at a similar age to her but my parents didn't fancy spending loads on a portfolio for me💀glad they didn't tbh, I'm fine being regular ol' me

No one ever asked that to a model.
It would be so cringe to answer:
"You need to have a big personality"
We all know what question people have for a model

with an agent my booking rate was $1000/day or $500/half day which was rly nice but i almost never got booked bc i was “too short” at 5’7 lol also never once got to keep the clothes and for magazines or editorials i didn’t get paid at all bc those shoots “pay in exposure.” having a strong personality doesn’t rly matter when no matter what you are the only person in the room who’s opinion doesn’t matter you are simply just the object everyone else is dressing up. they literally forget that you’re another human all the way to the extent that you’re expected to just change clothes in front of everyone (even at 16 lol) and are CONSTANTLY making negative remarks about your body to each other like you can’t hear them and it’s completely normal lol. also it completely changes the way everyone treats you (and not in a good way)! recently quit :)

Whoever scouted you at 5 is 100% a predator

Lol you didn’t come out of nowhere as a young adult with zero experience, just decide one day “I’d like to become a model and walk in fashion week” and then just make it happen bc you “know how to market yourself”🙄😂Don’t lie and present yourself as this badass boss babe with a dream who came from nothing and made this happen for yourself completely on your own. You were a cute kid and got professionally scouted and turned into a model at FIVE in - I forget - Paris, Milan? You were professionally trained and groomed and taught everything about how to look, model & deal with rejection & MARKET YOURSELF practically since birth, you had…over a decade? of experience, a massive portfolio, easily thousands of photos, shoots, hundreds to thousands of jobs, runways, campaigns/ads under your belt in like the modeling capital(s) of the world. Like great you don’t need a manager or whatever but…that’s because you don’t need one because of your many years of professional training and experience after simply being picked out of a crowd because of the looks you were blessed with. Cool story but NOT some self made, rags to riches, “I went thru years of rejection before finally getting a chance & now I’ve made it & showed them” story.

Making her modeling her entire identity

I don't know, implying that people don't make it because they don't have as strong of a personality as you do, when you've been doing this since you were 5? Yeah nah, that's just plain arrogance.

Ladies who are jealous of models and wish they looked more like them, just know that many guys are either neutral or straight up find tall women unattractive. Many also find the barbie or stereotypical model look as somewhat attractive, but rarely do they find it draw dropping attractive (probably a 7 or maybe even a 6 on a scale). They often have a very 'default' look to them and most guys have a level 10 attraction to unique faces that other dudes would consider a 5.

So if you look different, don't be afraid of being attractive as you'd be surprised how easy it is for a guy to be attracted (statistically guys rate half of woman as above average attractiveness). Remember these models are usually marketed towards woman-if it were based on male attraction there would be many different heights and face types.

Nothing against the woman here, she's obviously attractive but also doesn't have the typical barbie face as it common with models.
