When I worked as a baker, I once had a guy interrupt me and ask a million questions about the cakes -- why did we do this, why didn't we do that instead, why didn't we sell cakes that were cut into quarters and each quarter was a different flavor, etc. I answered every one of his questions matter-of-factly as he kept getting more annoyed. Finally he exclaimed, "You should be a lawyer, not a baker!" and stomped off.

Speaking of bad ideas. I've always wanted a croissant baked into a cone so I can fill it with ice cream. It literally came to me in a dream. It'll be impractical and an utter mess, but it sounds delicious.
