i5-7400 power usage seems really weird because my old i5-7500 draws at least 32 to 35 W on stock voltage at high work loads and almost 1.5x performs faster than this 7400 in here. i5-7400 did not a good job in PUBG, Spider-Man, Witcher 3 etc it's basically so bad, you can also look at my own tests with 1060 GB as a reference as well but I've seen that i5-12400F is a huge jump of course, I'd use at least a RTX 3060 with that :)
