This is a 5 minute version of a guided relaxation pranayama box breathing technique inspired by mark divine. This short meditation will help you in being present to the moment. Breathing in prana to help calm down during times of stress, or just relaxing in your own space.
I have found this technique to be very valuable for stress and as an anxiety breathing technique but also really helps me sleep, I hope you find some benefit in it too.
