I understand this. I have long nails and when they break I get pretty upset. Invest in nail glue it’s a lifesaver. Gel polish also works to hold it together just make sure you put some on the back too

It worked bc it's builder gel, that's what it's made for. The real nail provides a platform for it. I'll add another layer on top though for more support. Poly gel would be good, too
