did this one day in chain style (one rep of each in sequence, 1 squat 1 clean 1 press 1 squat repeat x5) and a day complex style like the video (all reps before moving onto next exercise) and I gotta say both styles are BRUTAL in different ways!

The Wolf complex I'm familiar with, from a Strongfirst Kettlebell gym I use to attend, was Double Kettlebells Snatches, Front Squats, Shoulder Press, Front Squats, Cleans, and Front Squats. Brutal!

Good stuff! I know a guy who does those movements (plus only a couple more) with 40kg kettlebels, training 2 times a week, 2-3 different movements a time. And it really all it takes, he is amazingly strong and all-round developed at 46. I mean you don't need a dozen gym machines and dozens of excercises to be stronger than 95 percent of men. And with heavy kettlebells (approched gradually), you don't need hours to spend on training, too :)

I am at week 4 RN. The Wolf has gotten big and bad. I envy your range of motion, I would love to be able to do an ATG squat. Keep up the good work

Thanks for this. I've been lifting heavy kbs for a while but have never committed to long complexes like this. Gave this a go today for 6 sets and was humbled.

Was going to use double 20kgs but stuck to double 16kgs to ensure form during fatigue. Hoping to execute this with double 20kgs in a few months.

my only issue with this seems to be, that. If the weight is heavy enough for pressing, then it is too light for the legs, and if it heavy enough for the legs, then it is too light for the shpulders and arms

ofc if you have a good range of kettlebells in weights, then it is fine. But if you dont have that many money it is kinda hard
