I was close to buying a Ninja V, but on closer inspection I'd need about £1000 worth of cages, adaptors, holders, batteries, power packs, SD cards and other things in a never ending list of add-ons. I didn't bother.

Just get you the lunchbox enclosure for a Samsung 980 drive. It’s smaller and won’t stick out the back.

Great news as well, Atomos has confirmed a continuing commitment to the original Ninja V with the release of AtomOS11 for the Ninja V and V+. Base OS11 is free and there is an "OS11 Feature pack" that can be purchased that brings the newer features to the existing hardware.

The Lunchbox III is a cool universal product but I own the ANDYCINE Lunchbox II and because I use the compatible Samsung SSD`s, I like it more then this one.

Hey, does the Andycine Lunchbox III work just with the Atomos Ninja V, or is it also compatible with the new Atomos Ninja running AtomOS 11?
