Nike shoes from Ross, a pair of metal plate shoe soles and you can run through anything.

Everyday I love nike tempo next%, I also have sacouny endorphin 3 and pro love them,
Trail I love nike pegasus and sacouny peregrine.
Quick runs nike vaporfly 3 and hoka carbon, I currently have 29 pairs lol.
Oh best for treadmill are puma nitro for me.
