Metaspeed sky+ propels itself. It's so fast! lol I almost ran into people in front of me the first time I used these for a race. I see the effects of the carbon plate! LEGIT!

I've been using the Adidas Swift run. It's an okay trainer, but not super cushiony at all.

I’m so jealous every time I watch you run. I’ve developed PF and have tried everything to heal it, alleviate the pain - no luck. Had to ‘give up’ running. Was very depressed for months.Then, started doing some easy walks and light treadmill and am able to run, slowly about 2 miles before the pain kicks in. I’m hopeful now. There is talk about an insert that works really well, but I haven’t found it yet. Suggestions?
