My car did not make the list but I have been blessed to own a 2007 Toyota Avalon with 426, 000 miles and had no major issues. The original starter lasted 348, 000 miles.

Toyota may not offer the flashiest cars with all the newest bells and whistles, but they obviously place a high priority on reliability.

2008 PRIUS With 363, 300 miles. Besides maintenance, replaced both headlights, valve cover gasket and cat converter. Also, replaced the hybrid battery at 320, 000 miles with a rebuilt one for $900. Best car ever

My parents kept their 2004 Prius for 16 years and 380k miles. Prius is definitely one of the best cars out there. Especially in todays world

Believe it or not. I purchased a brand new 2004 GMC Envoy. Still drive it today August, 2022 with 200, 000 miles on it. Maintained it well throughout the years. Always changed all fluids per recommended times i.e. oil, transmission, coolent, brake, power steering, diffential. Replaced spark plugs, air and fuel filters, pcv, breaks and occasional worn components. I believe it will run another 100, 000 miles. Still runs like new. Take car of your car, it will take car of you.

We cannot kill our 2000 Toyota Tacoma! It’s a beast. The neighbors give us dirty looks but we just laugh and keep on driving!

I had a brand new 2004 BMW 330i for 14 years. Sold it in 2018 and bought a…….Honda. Let’s just say I had a few unexpected repairs over those 14 years and only 85k miles 😂. That being said, the BMW was amazing to drive but not amazing for the wallet 🤣

I had my 05 Highlander for 16 years. Spouse had a Camry for 17 years. Both had between 225, 000- 270, 000 miles. Today we have a Subaru Impreza. Spouse likes it, but I kinda miss my Toyotas. Thanks for the video.

Great video as always 👍. My wife and I both drive toyota Yaris's. My wife has the 2015, at 131k miles and mines the 2007 at 196k miles, both original transmissions and head gaskets, both cars still going well. Request for future video, with so many hybrid cars now entering the used market, how about top 10 best used hybrids to buy.

I have a 2008 Honda CRV and will probably be driving it for many more years. I've had some minor repairs recently like the starter and AC, but generally, this car is as reliable as a sunrise.

Love the 4Runner! We have a limited for our company vehicle. We came out of vehicles with many more gadgets but hands down, this 4Runner surpasses all of them in terms of capability, durability and functionality. When it is past its company use life, I am going to try to buy it, it greatly exceeded our expectations. Tows a 3k lb trailer like a champ, is as a beast in the snow but still VERY mannerly on wet and dry pavement. We never seriously considered one due to its rarely discounted pricing combined with limited amenities and ancient drivetrain, but after being offered far more for our Subaru than we expected by a Toyota dealer, we ended up putting the extra towards a new build running a Toyota rebate. We couldn't be happier, it really won us over.

9 out of 10 are Toyota's and Honda's, I am not surprised. Owning one of each I can say change the oil and fluids in them, and they just keep going forever.
