The bible says take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. For instance if you have a thought I will die you will need to take that thought and smash it out and say I will not die but I will live and declare the works of the Lord. This is an example of how to take a thought captive.

Yeah same with i dont wanna think of this guy coz im trying to get rid of him..., but i somethings pushing me too think of him..everywhere i go remind of him😭and everytime i asked signs, God wants me to hold on😭🥺
