I'm jobless for over a year now. Today, one of our family members, who happens to be my father, got positive to COVID-19 and is not allowed to work just yet. We already ran out of money because of medicines and we have bills to pay. I have been applying for various jobs but unfortunately I got none. My sisters are adding some pressure on me that I should get a job as soon as possible. But despite this circumstance, I always trust God because I know He is preapring something big for me. I just have to go through some trials that would test my patience and faith in Him. I've been waiting long enough but I'm not losing hope.

1 Corinthians 13:4-8
Perhaps he is having us wait because he wants us to understand love.

It is during the silent/waiting seasons that we can come to know God and best work upon whatever it is God has called us to even if it seems a long time...when that time passes you'll think it was a short time.

Excellent observations on this subject. I’m going through this season myself now. It really has pushed me to reach out and seek a deeper relationship with Him. He reminded also to praise Him through ALL times and I am. I don’t want to be a weak baby Christian. I’m glad He loves me enough to help me grow more.
