I’m in New York State, but 30 minutes away from NYC. Quests used to be good 3 years ago, like 200-400 when completing 60 trips or 80! Now it’s like 60 trips $80 dollars sometimes 60, and 20 trips you get about $30-35. Tips help me a lot, I get lots of them, and do private clients, but I feel that I’ll do mixed Uber only now, meaning Uber eats late night, (Uber pays more to avoid throwing away food and their money on cancellations) and passengers during the day, I never had a problem, I’m a 5 star ⭐️ driver and try to work in good areas, my area is great but sometimes ended up in bad areas and recently was closed to get in the middle of a big fight of a rider and someone waiting for the person. I’m not afraid like that but, come on, dealing with Drunk people weekends at night and other BS for pennies! Not anymore. Uber quest sucks here in Newport Beach Cali. Lyft ev quest is 150 every week, plus I’m getting like 4-7 bucks per mile on Lux and Lux Black rides.

Just looking at your base fare totals and dividing by the number of rides you did each week, you’re average ride is somewhere in the $7.25 to $8.75 area. That’s too low. My average ride is about $10.50 for the exact same weeks and I was online the same number of hours as you (about 42 or 43 hrs each week). I think you need to be more picky on Uber. You accept too many low paying rides I think.
