Uber Drivers Must Do this trick to make more Money

If there is constant request ping, that means soon a huge surge coming. I don't accept every single trip, only waiting for the right one. You can work smart, avoid traffic, and drive less for more.

Hello, I'm Lyft's driver. I'll tell you. Lyft takes 70% and gives 30% to the driver. And when the car gets stuck in traffic, it charges passengers for traffic and gets all the money, but only about 0.45 cents to the driver. And when it arrives, it takes 5 minutes, which also charges passengers a lot of money and gives drivers 0.07 cents. Lyft and Uber need a thorough investigation

I always logoff after accepting every ride, because I want to dictate what rides I want to accept. I learned this the hard way. Also if every driver did this there would be a lot more surges.

Keep up the hustle

I'm going to mention this to Sergio from the Rideshare Guy channel. Logging off and on and also pressing "last ride" is key to keep the surge going. If ALL DRIVERS WOULD DO THIS, WE ALL WOULD MAKE BETTER MONEY. Like maybe everyone logging off every 10 mns for about 2 or 4 mns in a busy or semi busy zone. Surge would double or triple.
You deserve more followers, good video sir.

The short rides with surge are better than the long-distance ones

It’s amazing how even with surge the algo finds a way to pay as little as possible to the driver.

Notice the time of trips for 20 was roughly 30 minutes. He then got a $7.50 bonus and the pay for the next 30 min trip was still roughly 20. Uber is killing us and thinks we’re stupid and can’t do simply math

Stopping requests after you pick someone up retains the surge bonus AND blocks them from adding stops or changing destination on you 👍

i logoff on every ride! once im cruising to the pick up area! sometimes you will miss some good rides or surge by doing this but i dont like to be distracted by checking my phone and taking my eyes away from the road!! we also a group of friends and we are in constant communication to see where the bests rides and the surge areas are!! by logging off and back on i get yo pick and choose my rides not the ones Uber wants to give me!!

Always stop accepting rides when you have a customer in the car. Smart man. Builds surge, and deflects bad rides.

I often do similar, rather than taking whatever trip in my market £7/8 I wait for £15/30. Just this Saturday I made 270 in 15 trips

You can put Uber app on your home screen so you don't have to open it from the drawer 👍🏾

I leave at 4am every morning by 2pm I’m up to 270, I work at a warehouse after, I wish I could stay out longer. I usually stay in the Logan airport area in Boston, the pay is good if u don’t mind the traffic 😂👍🏻

Hi, how can you get the rider destination while accepting the trip?

My quick math for rides is: I multiply what I’m getting paid by 2. Then I add the time for pick up and drop off. If the time is not the same or less I don’t do it. All this I do it quick before I accept or decline. With this method I average $30-$37 an hour in Chicago.

I do this too. I live in New Orleans during Mardi Gras season the pings don't stop and they will try to get you with the constant pings and big numbers but terrible drive time. Be patient and cherry pick the good ones. Thanks for the video 👍
