Finally!! If your problem is it going into sleep mode every 5 mins well since finding out fire TVs do not power down I went to sleep timer and made it for 240 mins. It worked until my big 4 hours was up and back to square one. Countless complaints on this subject in Amazon forums but not one answer. Won’t ever buy a fire tv again.

I just wanna know if its safe to unplug it because not only do i know nothing about it but its making everything including my xbox that doesn't have it even plugged into it which is bothering me because not only is there a audio delay but also a moment delay if i try moving in a game it takes upto one second to process the actions and normally 2 second for the audio to even play so of i attack in the game it takes one second to load and another for the audio and i know its the fire stick because this hasn't happened before not once

And no its not the hdmi the same problem is happening to Disney plus and netflix it is not fun to see subtitles and then hear audio

Thanks buddy my remote doesn’t have a power off button and the actual tv remote batterys went dead and i cant go to sleep while the tv is on anymore i need darkness so i appreciate the video fast and simple 👍

So basically, it is always in sleep mode unless unplugged? I use it in my office and have it hooked to my PC for sim games, but it always shows "on" in Windows. Even though it isn't being used by the PC, still shows it as being connected. A TV that is off, or this one when restarted, will not show as hooked up. I love the TV, hate this feature. Appreciate the video!

well, you're sort of right--for your tv that is. but not for my firestick, although pressing the power button once doesn't turn tv off, when i press it again it does. this may be because my tv is 2015. but my firestick is the max firestick so not sure why. so you're right about your tv just maybe it isn't true for my samsung smart tv from 2015.
