Thank you, well done. I do have a question having just received a TV with FireTV built in, but I run it with an Xfinity/Comcast remote, so can I still do that on their remote, call Comcast to ask, since I already have my streaming subscriptions set on the Xfinity remote do I even need the fireTV remote? Thank you, I know it's a long question.

My little one reset our Insignia Smart TV via FireTV App. We’ve been using the app since two remotes have been broken/not working. The app wouldn’t connect to the TV. I did go buy a new remote since my screen is set at “choose your language”. I have tried to pair the remote several times and it just won’t connect. I have unplugged, restarted, to boots right back up to the language screen. Any tips would be super helpful!! Thank you!!

Thank you so much for the walk through, seemed to only work with my Amazon Prime account. What happens if my Prime account gets canceled? Will the fire tv still work?
