You guys just saved me from detention! My school gives out these homework booklets in cooking lessons and we have to think of various homemade sauces, include the main ingredients and what it can be served with. Not only have you helped me with my homework, I now freaking love the mango hot sauce. THANK YOU GUYS!!!

A thing that i always do when making bbq sauces is, i caramelise the shugar and letting it burn slightly and then put the rest in. It gives it a light smoky and rich taste, but also gives it a really nice color.

We have a different "white sauce" in Texas. It's mayo, ranch dressing packet, and sour cream. It's great on everything. They put it on tapatios with salsa verde and cabbage or lettuce. Soooo good! Some people even add avocado in it to make a "green sauce". Heaven guys. Absolute heaven.
