I’ve been trying to figure this out for like a year cause I’ve been saving up to my camera and I finally have the money. What is a good shutter speed camera that’s a affordable

usually only applies to an extent. For example you wouldn't try to handhold 1/15 with a 15mm because its not going to work out. Especially for moving subjects.

Yesterday I shot in shutter priority for the first time. I was at a 8th grade basketball game indoors. I noticed the aperture was blinking when I chose 1/1000 for my shutter. My picture in the LCD screen was dark. I wasn't able to adjust the aperture so what should I have done adjusted ISO? I believe the ISO was on auto? Ty
