1. Quality over quantity reps
2. There is no right number of reps
3. Perform reps with intention
4. Pick a workout schedule that fits you
5. Done is better than being perfect

Yes and another is you can NOT out train a bad diet!!! Most important one because without good nutrition none of those tips will do any good in the long run.

I think there's definitely benefits in both heavy vs quality, you don't wanna get stuck lifting heavy, not feeling the intended targeted muscle, and lifting with bad form.

But you also don't wanna get stuck with the same weight, sacrificing strength gains for form and not being able to lift heavier over time

It's all about balance

I’m a beginner and am
Doing weights and body weight exercises 3 days a week with light cardio and abs on the days between. It feels really good to be taking better care of myself and also I know I’ll get stronger and be able to handle more as the weeks and months progress
