For young folks out there: when you try to implement his great advices, try to build habits and reminders. Tackle things one at time and schedule the others in your calendar. Focus on learning about finances this month. On the next one, try to build your business or start to write your journal if you want. Is easy to start believing you can do all togheter, but is also easy to get distracted and forget

Am 17yrs old, started journaling last year. Damn, i really enjoy it, because rather than comparing myself to others. I compare my present self with my past self, thanks to journaling.

Great Video ❤️ I love it 😍
I don't understand why youths and adults are still poor when they have a smart phone and great opportunities on how to make money💰

I’m goin to turn 20 in about 4 months, and the truth is that I still feel lost and having no directions to the future. The most important thing is that I’m always comparing to others. This video is really helpful and I hope that I can put them into practice days by days.

Key lessons for people in their 20s (and less financial resources):
1. Play the hand you are dealt: Utilize your time and energy as currency instead of money, start-up style
2. Don't be a donkey: Make a decision and don't fall into inaction, you might be able to choose both after choosing one
3. Document yourself: Journal or record yourself, imagine how cool it'd be to see your 22-year old self talk about life
4. Hook your future self up: Develop good financial and healthy habits, and invest in relationships - they will last through your 30s and 40s
5. In order to compare, you need the full context: Behind the scenes of people's perfect relationships, businesses, and lifestyles are insecurities and flaws they leave out intentionally

I'm an overthinker by nature. I've taken the mantra of "failing to plan is planning to fail" to extremes, thinking so far into the future that it is often (but not always) unproductive.
I found 2) to be the hardest to accept. Sometimes indecision is good, because you do have buffer time to weigh your options before you actually have to make a decision.
I think the point is that eventually you do have to make a decision, and that it is okay to take your time if you can afford it.

I turned 50 this year and all of this would have been useful to me 30 years ago, BUT it can still be useful now. My problem is the motivation. I will be looking into your courses soon. I hope they can help me with my career goals, even at my age.

I will NEVER regret travel.. in fact, I got the travel bug I never knew I had, in UK and later Japan. Now with a daughter I am trying to figure out how to make that a regular part of my life!! SO MANY FREAKING places to see, people to meet, cultures and languages and incredible food to experience!

Interesting thought on Point IV. I also implement the same set of "priorities" or my "life quadrants" 1. Career (wants and needs), 2. Finance (save and invest), 3. Health (mind and body), 4. Relationships (family and others). I hope this helps, it sure does help me put my mind on something.

Totally agree. Journaling is one of the best habits I have picked up. There is no other self-care method that allows you to be as introspective, and to learn about yourself as well as life in general.

Couldn’t agree more with you. Right after graduation I went through kind of all these lessons and learned them the hard way. I’m still learning and hoping for the best to come.❤

Journaling is really good. I use it to clear my mind. I do not do it often and sometimes I will just jot a simple and clear thought whether positive or negative and just put it in my journal. It's kind of like a release of the thought.

I'm nearly 22 and did just record a video where I talk to myself, it feels great and I want to keep going in the future. Thanks for the idea! Maybe I will occasionally do journaling too
