Learn proper technique from your footwork up . Once you got basics then get on the bag and start sharpening up your synaptic responses ( tuning muscle triggers ) . What makes a big hitter is to fire your muscles in a certain way ( ie look at fight science at nerve timing firing muscles ) . Just honing synaptic timing can almost double your power in an amateur

Technique wise, close your fist tight as tight can be aswell as your wrist . From the wrist up loosen the arms absolutely no tension whatsoever. Then just throw it out there with a whip like motion in every direction relaxed . It be like having cavity blocks attached to your wrists . Ko power.
