Store-bought GF flatbread is hard to find, expensive, & full of crappy ingredients at least in my area. Definitely worth buying red lentils & trying.

i make these all the time. they are called chilla. you cant eat them plain or dress them up. Work great in a cast iron pan

I made these when you posted vídeo years ago. I followed the instructions to soak the lentils for 15 minutes only. I also use the Bella electric griddle. They turn out perfect every time. I wonder why the 3 hour soak now 🥸

So amazing only vegetarian channel ever since don't leave making vegetarian food. We don't want to feed us by taking our other life. Animals are loving creatures gift of God we should love them and praise we obtain many things from.
