Welcome back to another video. Am so glad your here.

Today, am super excited to share with you a very simple and quick Red Lentil Flatbread.

For this recipe, you only need 2 ingredients.

1 cup Red Lentil
2 cup water

Among other color lentils, red lentils are loaded with many nutrients and it's famous for its savory and delicate flavor.

Soak 1 cup lentil with 2 cups of water for 3 or more hours to get a smooth and creamy texture when blending.

Blend on a Purée mode for about a minute or until the batter is nice and smooth like that of pancake batter.

Cook on a low heat for 3-5 minutes on a non stick oil free pan. Flip and cook the other side.

Red lentil flatbread is very versatile. You can dip them with some soup. You can make any type of wraps with them and they can totally replace any recipe that calls for bread.
