Avocado Protein Bread 🍞🥑😋 #Shorts

What you need:
1 small avocado
1/3 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
Everything but the bagel seasoning

How to make it:
1. Preheat your oven to 400F.
2. Mix your cottage cheese, avocado & egg.
3. Shape into 2 circles on a parchment lined baking sheet.
4. Add your seasoning and bake for 20 mins.
5. Take them out, add your favorite sandwich fillings and enjoy!
