Make a high-protein breakfast with me! This is my favorite combo!

Loaded Avocado Toast
1 slice sourdough, toasted
1 large egg
1-2 tosp chili crisp oil
Handful of arugula
1/2 cup cottage cheese half avocado
Salt/pepper
Cook the fried egg in chili crisp oil. Next, assemble the toast with smashed avocado, cottage cheese, arugula and top with the fried egg and salt/pepper to taste.
Coffee
1 scoop Everyday Dose
3-4 oz water
2-3 tbsp milk of choice, frothed (I used coconut milk)

So many rude people! This looks good. Think I’ll get some whole wheat toast and do spinach instead arugula (hate the stuff). Looking for fast healthy dishes that’ll fill me up, cook quick so I’ll be willing to eat over and over. This looks like the ticket!

You mean high high fat. Protein isnt everything and a normal person that isn't a world class bodybuilder literally just needs so little

That's like 10 to 15 grams of protein it's not high protein at all egg is 7 grams of protein and a little cottage cheese 😅 NOT a high protein breakfast
