I just made my own version today it was so good cant believe i waited thos long to try it

This looks very good and it is healthy. But it is not high protein.
100 gr avocado has less than 2 gr of protein and around 230 calories. 1 egg has around 5 gr.
If you use half of the avocado and use cottage cheese instead, you get way more protein with way less calories.
