Are you suffering from chronic back pain? In this video, we delve into the world of chronic back pain and explore the three different postural control systems our brain uses to help us move safely and efficiently.

We'll then delve into the importance of one of these systems, known as anticipatory postural control, and it's relation to chronic low back pain.

Finally, we'll show you one of our favorite research-based exercise approaches to enhancing anticipatory postural control that is both challenging and fun. It's simply called a "reaching" exercise, that when done well can quickly improve the coordination between your brain and postural control musculature.

We hope you find this very useful!

Love this, thank you! Quick question should I do 50 reps with combo of arm variations and foot variations all on one side and then 50 on the other or should mix up one side to the other interchangeably?
